A Walk Around the Block FAQ's

Will I get to meet my dog walker before the walks start?
Yes. We always set up a complimentary consultation to introduce you to your dog walker.
Will I have the same walker each day?
Yes. We will match you to a dedicated dog walker. You will have the same dog walker each day, unless there are dates when they are unavailable.
Will my dog walker come at the same time each day?
We will do our best to accomadate your preferred time, but we cannot guarantee it.
Where will you walk my dog?
We will walk your dog in a pack from a central location.
When do I give a key to my dog walker?
You will provide 2 sets of keys at the time of your consultation. One for your dog walker and another set to be held at the office for emergencies, lockouts, or in case your key should unexpectedly stop working.
What is your cancellation policy for regular daily walking services?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, we will be happy to credit you for your walk. Walks cancelled with less than 24 hours will not be refunded as we will have to pay your dog walker. (Membership walks cancelled will not be credited.)
